If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your Men's ring, we offer a 30-day resizing and return window from the date of purchase. Additionally, we provide a limited lifetime warranty to protect against flaws in workmanship, such as stones or inlays coming loose.

Resizing and Returns:
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you need a resize or wish to return your Men's ring, please follow the guidelines below:

Contact our customer support team at contact@stonecressdesigns.com to initiate the resizing or return process.

The Men's ring must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Include the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty.
Please note that engraved, customized, or personalized Men's rings may not be eligible for return or resizing unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Our warranty ensures that your ring is free from flaws in workmanship for the duration of your ownership. Should any issues arise, our customer support team is here to assist you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Our warranty provides lifetime coverage for flaws in workmanship, including issues such as stones or inlays coming loose.

One Replacement/Repair:
Under this warranty, you are entitled to one replacement or repair for your ring during the lifetime of ownership, should it experience any covered issues. Once a repair or replacement has been made under this warranty, our obligation is fulfilled, and the warranty will no longer apply to the ring.

How to Claim:
If you encounter any covered issues with your ring, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and arrange for the replacement/repair of your ring as per the terms of this warranty.

Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, improper care or usage, or any alterations made by a third party.
