I am not sure of my ring size. What should I do?
If you are unsure of your ring size, we will mail you a ring sizer for FREE after your purchase to get your specific size the first time around! Simply select "Send Sizer First" for size selection, during your purchase. The ring sizing kit should be used with several other sizing methods to confirm the correct size! (jewelry store, wal-mart etc.) We'll ship the sizer the same day you purchase!
How do I care for my ring?
Our rings are created using cyanoacrylate or epoxy resin. Both cure extremely hard and can be polished to a mirror-like finish. To ensure that your ring maintains it's beauty, clean with mild soap and water, and polish with a good wood wax or carnauba based wax. Also stay away from hand sanitizers, harsh chemicals, and sharp objects. For the most part, these rings are very durable, waterproof, and last for years.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is FREE for customers in the United States and on a cost per basis for all other countries. On "Made To Order Rings" which are handcrafted in our shop, it takes about a week to ship once an order is received. We use USPS and a tracking number is always provided.
Does my ring have a warranty?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your Men's ring, we offer a 30-day resizing and return window from the date of purchase. Additionally, we provide a limited lifetime warranty to protect against flaws in workmanship, such as stones or inlays coming loose. This warranty is limited to one replacement or repair per covered ring for as long as it's owned.
do you offer engraving on the rings?
We do not offer engraving on the rings at this time. Most of the rings we sell could be brought to a jeweler for custom engraving once purchased, but bear in mind that engraved or personalized rings can not be returned.
What if i need a RING resizeD?
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you need a resize or wish to return your Men's ring, please follow the guidelines below:

The Men's ring must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Include the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty.
Please note that engraved, customized, or personalized Men's rings may not be eligible for return or resizing unless they have a manufacturing defect.
